We are keenly aware that,without education, Filipino children have no opportunity for financial independence.

Financial independence, through education, that brings profound change to ones life is, as you know, essential to ones success. We know that just giving out pesos is purely a short term solution. We decided the best way to provide impetus for financial change,is to create an Educational Foundation that would meet the needs of the very poor.

“The Children of Narvacan Educational Foundation” (founded in 1998) is an Official SEC Non-Profit Foundation,registered both in the Philippines and the United States. Since its inception, CNEF has funded university graduates, who were supported from elementary, high school and college and moved on to a better life. Others are currently studying with dreams of a bright future.

The Foundation, not only will it provide education to the community, but also provide a modern tool for the farming community to compete in the market place and give themselves and their families a living wage.

” Rice Production Modernization”. We are excited to announce the overwhelming success of our Rice Modernization Project. We have contracted with a major Philippine distributor, and now Ilocano Gold Premium White and Brown Rice can now be purchased in Robinson Supermarkets here in the Philippines.
With proceeds from sales of Ilocano Gold, we continue to provide educational assistance to children in need,as well as help local farmers buy modern rice seeds and fertilizer to assure a quality and abundant harvest.
